At Yadi's Cleaning Service, we take pride in providing high-quality cleaning services and customer satisfaction is our top priority. While cleaning services are non-refundable once completed, we do offer service guarantees to ensure you are happy with the results.

Service Guarantee

• If you are not fully satisfied with the cleaning provided, please notify us within 24 hours of service.

• We will arrange a re-clean of the specific area(s) at no additional cost.

• Refunds are generally not offered, but we may issue one at our discretion in unique circumstances.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur any charge.

• Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.

• If a payment has been made in advance and a service is canceled within the required time frame, a full refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

• The service was completed as requested and meets industry standards.

• Dissatisfaction is reported after the 24-hour service guarantee period.

• Unsafe, hazardous, or inaccessible conditions prevented completion of work.
